The Foundation's goals and objectives:
​01. It will play a role in building unity, trust, and understanding among the people of the work area as a non-political, non-profit and voluntary organization.

02. Women's Welfare: It will help the poorest unemployed women to become self-reliant by providing training in handicrafts, poultry, and cattle farming, and by eliminating poverty, and by focusing on savings.

03. To be by the side of people during disasters, to provide various assistance and cooperation in dealing with disasters.

04. Training in social welfare work/coordination of social welfare organizations.

05. Welfare and rehabilitation of released prisoners/establishing shelter centers for elderly destitute men and women in the future.

06. To undertake intensive afforestation programs to maintain natural balance and to increase awareness about climate.

07. To take steps to make physically and mentally disabled people aware and capable of work.

08. Youth welfare - To establish a drug-free society by launching cultural programs to make the youth aware and develop humanity.

09. To undertake various programs for the development and rehabilitation of the elderly and physically disabled people/disabled.

10. To organize various awareness meetings and seminars at the village level to prevent child marriage and to make the general public understand the harmful aspects of child marriage.

11. To provide free computer training along with educational grants to poor and talented students.

12. Child welfare: To reduce the risk of child labor in various activities, to prevent them from working and to develop their human qualities through primary education and skilled training and to make them self-reliant.

13. To provide all kinds of welfare-oriented help and assistance for the welfare of socially disabled people.

14. Recreational programs to prevent people from anti-social activities

15. Family planning: To conduct family planning activities, providing assistance and advice in implementing birth control methods.

16. To provide social education to awaken a sense of civic responsibility and to develop smart citizens.

17. To provide various types of legal assistance and support for public welfare activities from the organization.

18. To provide welfare assistance to juvenile delinquents and welfare assistance to patients.

19. To provide financial assistance on the occasion of the marriage of a girl child to the poorest/poor families of the society.

20. To make the youth self-reliant through various trainings with the aim of building a smart country.

21. To assist rural Bengali farmers in the production of agricultural products.

 

22. Providing various types of legal assistance and assistance in public welfare activities on behalf of the organization.

 

23.  To provide community guidance for social awareness on natural disaster, nutrition, welfare of child labor, protection of rights of child and women in the society, environmental hygiene, sanitation, use of safe drinking water, AIDS and other communicable diseases, destitute patients, mental health of citizens, household garbage disposal, adverse effect on rampant use of toiletries and cosmetics, drug and narcotic control, hazards in the pesticides, toxicology of pesticides residue and toxicity of industrial wastes.

24. To establish Hospital, Nursing Home, Clinic, Mental Health support center, orphanage, old people rehabilitation center for helping the local community to overcome the sufferings from the natural calamity and arrange for treatment of the drug addicted, cancer and AIDS patients, to undertake & operate service oriented activities for them and to set up hospital, clinic for their rehabilitation, general measures for health in the country for arsenic-free drinking water and to develop sanitary latrines, arrange free medicine for the distressed people, food and water supply, different types of health pro-gram will setup in the rural area.

25. To take various measures for the development of the underprivileged children's lives & improve their Education, health & hygiene, support on Justice, protect the Child labor, shelter support to the street, vulnerable & autistic children.

26. To build skilled human resource & economic growth and Youth Development Activities by taking various initiative and to promote income generating activities and create vocational skills for the youngsters, women, and IDPs to become self-sufficient and reduce the level of poverty living.

27. To promote a human rights culture and peace in society by working towards awareness raising, mobilization, on attitude change and empowerment of the marginalized community, IDPs, women, children, CBOs, and involved Local & International NGOs and the government law enforcement institutions/agencies in order to protect the rights all persons (women and child rights especial focus).

28. To operate program for forest, plantation, agriculture, livestock farming/ animal husbandry, pisciculture as also eco-system/environmental equilibrium and to establish concerns based on modern technology as well as legitimate business and encourage the people towards sanitation and supply of pure water by creating awareness about national rural problems.

29. As a non-political, non-profit and voluntary organization, it will play a role in building unity, trust and understanding among the people of the work area. Provide various assistance and cooperation to people during times of dis-aster to help them cope with the disaster. Training in social welfare work/coordination of social welfare organizations. Welfare and rehabilitation of released prisoners/establishment of shelter centers for elderly destitute men and women in the future.

30. Future activities of the organization: -Working with street children. Increase health awareness. Increasing employment opportunities through computer training. To work for the development of the transgender and third gender population. Providing low-cost treatment through the establishment of rural maternity centers. To provide nursing training to the poorest of the poor and talented people with the aim of creating employment opportunities. Spending the majority of the income generated from the development of small and medium sized enterprises to help people. Working as a volunteer in the government's social development work.

31. To receive all kinds of aid, grants, donations, assistance, benefaction, subscriptions for the purpose of the organization (in case of some foreign donations, grants, aid and assistance the foreign donates on (voluntary activities) regulation ordinance, 1978 (ordinance No. 11978) will be applicable), and to collect various funds and acquire and preserve assets and properties through receiving of such donations, grants, aid, assistance and benefaction.
